By using this website or purchasing or accessing an Everyday Agentics offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and community conduct

You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping your login secure, and activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, disrupt the community, harass others, break laws, or attempt unauthorized access.

We may limit or end access for conduct that harms the community, the service, or other people.

Educational content and AI tools

Our content teaches practical ways to build and use AI helpers. Results vary, and AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether and how to use it.

Body Budget and all health-related material are educational only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Money Gremlin and all money-related material are educational only and are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions specific to you.

Ownership and permitted use

Everyday Agentics owns its original site content, lessons, templates, branding, and materials. Your purchase or membership gives you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use them. You may not resell, republish, distribute, or present them as your own without written permission.

You keep ownership of material you create. If you post in the community, you give us permission to display that post as needed to operate the community.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel recurring access through Skool. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Third-party services

The service may link to or rely on Skool, Claude, Lovable, and other providers. We do not control their availability, security, output, prices, or terms. Your use of those services is governed by their agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Everyday Agentics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or reliance on AI output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and changes

Michigan law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
